by human activities & their misuse of land
resources
(b) Destruction of Earth’s surface & soil that caused by
human activities, which related to business activities
(c) Land pollution is occurs when waste is not disposed
properly

Heavy minerals, sulfuric acid and other
toxic material leak from mining waste into
soil.
Huge hole is created at the bottom of the
surface which created a big mining pool.

Increase in demand of food and
shelter, therefore more waste
product are produce.

6. (3) Nuclear Waste
Left over nuclear plant is throw at the
bottom of the land.

7. (4) Agricultural Activities
Farmers often use highly toxic
fertilizers and pesticides to get rid of
insects, fungi and bacteria from their
crops.

Large amount of solid
waste is leftover once
the sewage has been
treated.
The leftover material is
sent to landfill site
which end up in
polluting the
environment.

Each household produces tones of
garbage each year.
Items that can not be recycled become
a part of the landfills that destroy the
beauty of the city and cause land
pollution.

like wood, metal, bricks, plastic that
can be seen by naked eyes outside any
building or office which is under
construction.

government and also affect business
activities in that country

Generally crops can’t grow and flourish in
polluted soil. Yet, if some crops mange to
grow, they would be poisonous enough to
cause serious health problem in people
consuming them.

products to “compost”.
Lesser rubbish will be produced.
