Description:
As part of the agreement for the UK Government support package for RBS
Group, the European Union (EU) introduced a directive that parts of the
Group are sold to increase competition within the UK banking industry.
This involves 318 branches (311 RBS branches in England & Wales, and 7
NatWest branches in Scotland), including premises, sort codes, accounts
and staff being divested from the current RBS Group. Up until Q3 2012,
it was anticipated that Santander UK would purchase these branches and
a programme of work, Rainbow 1, was undertaken to ring fence the
impacted customers and accounts prior to full legal separation and
migration onto the Santander platforms.
RBS Group will divest the Rainbow Business by building an independent
technical platform and business operations to support all divesting
banking services - This platform will be a mirror of the current
NatWest / RBS platform. However, agreed exceptions, optimizations and
simplifications will be applied where this is mandated or achieves a
lower risk/cost profile

Program (HUP), employees can get the latest version of Microsoft
Office to use on their home computers via a low-cost download. By

quickly and improve their productivity at work.

Primary purpose of MCA21 system is to meet the convenience
of business community in terms of time and location while
reducing the cost of compliance. MCA21 system has been
implemented using Service Oriented Approach (SOA). The Companies
Act 1956 is an act of the Parliament of India, enacted in 1956,
which enabled companies to be formed by registration, and set out
the responsibilities of companies, their directors
and secretaries. The Companies Act 1956 is administered by
the Government of India through the Ministry of Corporate
Affairs and the Offices of Registrar of Companies, Official
Liquidators, Public Trustee, Company Law Board, Director of
Inspection, etc.

Treasury systems for RBS.

KYC Management tool is a web based application where the Customer
details are entered and approved with a set of rules and process to the
Know Your Customer database of Citi. This tool works along with the
eCADD application which is the existing application used by Citi for
capturing the customer details across the globe. It is used for
enhancing the compliance standards.
