2. We firstly asked some of our target audience to
watch our music video and respond with criticism
about the video so we could improve it.We decided
to remove some of the shots in the middle due to
them being too shaky and not fitting in with the
theme of the music video.The shots at the start
where Aidan is walking through the streets were a
bit shaky so we decided to slow them down and use
the stabilise tool.
3. We showed our first draft to two film students from
Newcastle University who found it difficult to
understand why he was studying in Newcastle and
didn’t see the link between him studying in
Newcastle and dreaming of returning home to New
York.
4. We also gave a questionnaire out to our target
audience once we had finished the first draft to
determine whether or not there are anymore
improvements or not.We decided that we would
add some more shots of Aidan walking through
Newcastle university to symbolise him studying
there and him looking through photographs of
NewYork or reading a NewYorkTimes
newspaper.
