Our high-performance tubing is available in a wide range of lengths. This in-
cludes random lengths up to 16 m, cut lengths up to 12 m, and even weld-free
seamless coiled tubing in lengths of more than 1,000 m. Should you require
even longer lengths, a single butt weld can double this length, or two welds
could triple it. As with all of our product grades, the aim is to meet your length
requirements with exacting precision.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
FOR EXTREME DEMANDS
Mechanical properties can be set according to your toughest demands. Tensile
strength and yield strength with a minimum elongation can be restricted within
a tolerance range of 150 MPa. Surface hardness can be determined according
to all common standards.

ULTRA-SMOOTH SURFACES
WHEN IT REALLY COUNTS
Surface roughness, depths of defects or optical appearance can be defined
for both outside and inner surfaces. Generally tubes will be delivered in bright
condition. Additionally, the following conditions can be met:
– polished-drawn outside/ground up to OD 100 mm
– polished-drawn inside ID 2 mm Ra maximum 0,35
μm ID 1 mm Ra maximum 1 μm
– optimized Ra-values in combination with minor
depths of defects, i. e. maximum 20 μm
– uniform surface appearance
– electropolished surfaces

PRECISION-OPTIMIZED
STRAIGHTNESS TOLERANCES
Optimized straightening processes can guarantee a defined straightness,
waviness and uniform surface hardness. Deviations on straightness of
max. 0.5 : 1000 mm are feasible.
Tolerances for OD, ID and wall
thickness can be defined.

are cold-worked in the most advanced
production facilities at the highest quality

current testing systems with material
identification testing and marking of the
tubes are also available.
