Through over 25 years of corporate for-profit and non-profit experience, Sandy Stone, has developed a list
of ingredients, documents, and processes that help you move from a good idea, to a healthy and
compliant operating organization. Services are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Timeline.
Some of the documents are required before others, so a timeline is established and monitored to keep the
process moving forward. Some agencies process the documents quickly through on-line filings, and some
agencies with large workloads and the approval processes can take up to one year.
Accountability.
Your input is critical each step along the way. Sandy Stone manages periodic “check-in” phone calls and
face-to-face meetings to enable questions to be answered, barriers removed, and communication that
ensures a timely and efficient process.
Cost.
In some cases there may be costs associated with document filing fees. Filing fees are fixed and set by local,
state and federal agencies. You may request a sample fee schedule to understand each agencies fees and
how they accept payment. You will make payments directly to the agency.
Services are based upon an agreed set of deliverables that are identified in the Scope of Service. You will
know the cost and when payments are due prior to starting, and throughout the process. The cost is not
based upon hourly rates, thus removing variables. Cash and check are acceptable forms of payment.

Sandy Stone will assist you in the preparation, completion, and filing documents needed to establish or
build a healthy nonprofit organization.
You select the level of responsibility you want. You choose if you want minimal guidance, or if you want it
all done for you. Coaching, through a hands-on approach, can also be provided so you learn through
performing the steps yourself. A custom quote will be provided based upon your preferences.
