strategic communications. Making any type of change within
an organization (moving to a new ADP HCM solution, rolling
out a new benefits plan, or introducing a new ADP Time and
Labor Management system) requires thoughtfully prepared
communications. Having the right communications strategy
in place is critical for building buy-in, increasing awareness,
educating stakeholders and helping to drive desired action(s).

How Does It Work?
While comprehensive in its approach, ADP’s simple
process is designed to help ensure your employees know
what they need to know, what they need to do and when
they need to do it. The process begins with an initial
conversation around what is changing and what action you
need your employees to take. Then, in a half-day session,
ADP experts meet with you and other stakeholders within
your organization to discuss:
• Overall scope of the change
• What you are trying to achieve?
• Who will be impacted by the change?
• What are the possible barriers to success?
• What are the key messages and how should the change
be positioned?
• What communication vehicles have worked in the past?
• What can we try that is new and different?
• How will we measure success?
