Sandra Golz was employed by Zoosk since April 2014. During this period, she demonstrated all the
qualities that employers seek when searching for promotable employees. She has an excellent capacity
to quickly grasp new processes and applications, and has always sought to gain additional
responsibilities.
Sandra’s drive to improve herself was displayed as she quickly gained leadership duties such as
management of email templates, handling of all escalated customer issues in German, and translation
requests for Engineering and Marketing teams.
Sandra exhibits solid writing skills, as well as strong analytical skills which allowed her to diagnose
problems and devise viable solutions for our customers. Her ability to remain calm, professional, and
committed to delivering a superior customer experience during even the highest volume periods proves
her ability to work well under pressure.
It is unfortunate for Zoosk that, due to economic constraints, we had to restructure our organization and
lose valued and talented employees such as Sandra. I would highly recommend her for any position or
career that she chooses to pursue, and believe that any organization will gain a strong asset in her
