and hear. With that being said, what we want team
members to have is a shared understanding of the work
and each other’s perspectives.
When we improve this understanding, it improves our
conversations and, thus, our effectiveness.
For teams, this means each team member gains a better
understanding of what is meant when we talk about the
work
