b. Deposit of Fees
c. Forwarding report: after receiving the report forum shall
forward a copy of the report with a remark.
d. Objection by any of the party: if any of the party disagrees with
the findings of the lab report then the party has to submit his
objection in writing.
e. Reasonable opportunity to be heard: forum must give
reasonable opportunity to both the parties & then issue an order
as suitable.

iii. Settlement of Dispute: in the following manner:-
a. On the basis of evidence
b. Ex parte: where ‘Opposition’ fails to take any action to
represent his case within the given time, after evidence
submission by complainant.
iv. Where ‘Complainant’ fails to appear: forum may dismiss the
complaint for default.
