My overall professional experience in Genpact have been good and full of learning. Now I am currently working with XL Catlin, where I am in indirect tax profile which covers IPT & VAT. Here my responsibilities are : -Preparing Monthly & Quarterly Tax returns (IPT) of various E.U. countries. -Filling the Tax returns with the tax authorities. -Making Tax payment to the tax-authorities & Fiscal –Reps. -Posting necessary journals for writing-off the tax amounts related to exchange difference & other tax amounts not considered to be paid-off. -Reconciling the returns & doing follow-up with the concerned for doing tax corrections In GENPACT, I was basically handling curren...
