FOREWORD
Note:This Curriculum Vitae has been prepared suchthat it is suitable for, but not limited
to, the following levels of management and the reasons thereof provided hereunder:-
1. Executive Level who wish to have an overview of the candidate while providing
sufficient level of detail to facilitate decision making and or afford the candidate the
opportunity to make an oral presentation (All items excluding 4.2, see contents
page). Notwithstanding the above mentioned, some of the detailed employment

acquaint him/herself with, hence it is recommended that time be also dedicated to
