Treatments, Vaccination and Pregnancy Diagnosis in remote
areas.

animals supplied through the Dairy Animal Induction Program.
• Nutrition Services
Scientific rationing of feed based on the different stages and
productivity and growth.
Animal Nutritionists will assist farmers to achieve cost effective
nutritional management using the available feed resources.
Attaining Optimum Milk Yield through controlling cost of
production for a profitable and sustainable dairy farming.

Expert AI technicians ensures no oestrus cycle is missed .
Maintains breeding data of the animal linked with STAR Herd Pro mobile
app.
•Dairy Management Consultancy:
Farm visits of dairy management expert to assist farmers in clean and
healthy milk production practices
Expert dairy officer will guide farmers for of all the management
practices of dairy production to enhance animal productivity and profit
margins.

9. Mastitis Prevention and Control Services:
CSDF maintains a regular check for somatic cell count to identify the subclinical mastitis
Farmers will be guided and followed for proper management and milking procedures
Thus reducing antibiotic usage.
Vaccination for Infectious Diseases
CSDF will keep check on mortality and morbidity of dairy animals through maintaining
proper vaccination schedule to control and prevent the losses through any infectious
outbreak of diseases.
Laboratory Services
CSDF will be providing the laboratory services for haematological and serum analysis
apart from biochemical profiling of soil ,water and faecal samples.
The soil and water analysis will help the agronomist in making the program for forage
production and management.
Forage Crop Production
CSDF will provide the services of expert agronomists for forage production management.
To ensure farmer meets the nutritional requirement of the animals thus producing
more milk.

CSDF will be providing two wheeler ambulance services on call for the
registered dairy farmers in any case of emergency. Ambulance will be
equipped to handle any emergency situation on 24X7 basis.

•STAR Herd Pro can be download through Google play store for Android
Mobiles.
•“STAR Herd Pro” mobile App gives the advantage of managing the animal and
calf through a scientific and organised way.
•Services can be availed for Veterinary, Nutrition, Dairy Management,
Artificial Insemination, Forage Production and emergency two wheeler
Ambulance Services.
•The registered dairy animal will be identified using QR Code ear tag and a
detailed recorded and maintained .
•Through mobile App Animal Induction Program (AIP) animal can be
traceable. SBG can provide the data of individual animal from village,Mandal,
district and state levels as and when required.
•The Mobile App will intimate CSDF experts and farmers through auto
generated SMS in vernacular language for the schedules of farm related
activities.
