Duties& Responsibilities:
 Analyze the suitability of products, such as evacuation equipment, fire and evacuation lifts,
fixed and portable fire-fighting equipment & make recommendation on findings to
departments and directorates.
 Conduct daily, weekly & monthly audit of fire alarm system and maintain checklist.
 Conduct gas test to ensure sufficientoxygen percentage in confined space before workstart.
 Testing of all fire pumps, Fire alarm system, Gas alarm system, Hydrant system & Sprinkler
system.
 Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers and to get conformations proper tag and its
validity.
 Periodicalmaintenance of safety Fire equipments & systems.
 Conduct lift ERD&Fire man switchtesting on weekly basis.
 Conduct logic implement testing.
 Checking all kitchen equipment as per checklist.
 Testing of flow switch on monthly basis.
 Conduct Common area testing on daily morning as per schedule.
 Build the FLS policy and implementation.
 Conduct and examine internal audit.
 Develop fire emergency plan forthe organization.
 Fire fighting/security training forstaff and outsource agencies

3.  To conductTBT (ToolBox Talk) before start of every job to improve safety/security
awareness of workforceto complete the job without any incident. Conduct security
orientation of staff.
