2. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
Israel might be reluctant to accept solutions based on UN resolutions or
based on Christian or Islamic teachings, so we propose a solution based
on the teachings of Judaism.
The Israeli–Palestinian conflict could be resolved if we refer to the
religion teachings as taught by Moses.
The core of the issue is the inaccurate understanding that the Jews are
the unconditionally chosen people of God; that is wrong according to the
teachings of Moses like Exodus 19:5, Leviticus 18:4-5, Leviticus 26,
Deuteronomy 11:18-20, 11:26-28 , Deuteronomy 28, Deuteronomy
30:15-16 , and Deuteronomy 30:19, Deuteronomy 32:46-47
Those are the most reiterated and consistent teachings of Torah which
teach that the choice of God and the blessings are conditional ‘blessings
for obedience and curses for disobedience’
3. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
Moses did not teach that the Jews are the only chosen people; the
correct definition of the chosen people of God as taught by Moses is an
open invitation to each person to be a chosen son of God by obedience,
by maintaining justice, by applying one measure or one law for Jews and
Non-Jews, for taking care of the orphans, the widows, and the strangers
Jewish scholars do not teach the original teachings anymore; they teach
the distorted teachings of Deuteronomy 9:5-6 and Deuteronomy 7:6 in
order to claim that God has chosen them regardless of the condition of
obedience
Those claims were not taught by Moses, David, Solomon, Isaiah, or by
the Prophets; those prophets have warned of the wrong teachings
Psalms 4:3 teaches that people are considered as the chosen people of
God because of their obedience, not because of the righteousness of
their fathers
4. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
The main reason of the conflict is the assumption that the Jews are superior
to others and that they have the right to do whatever they want without
maintaining justice and without having to apply the same law for Jews and
Non-Jews
Moses has warned of the expected turning from the way he has commanded
his people, in Deuteronomy 31:27-29 he said
For I know how rebellious and stiff-necked you are. If you have been
rebellious against God while I am still alive and with you, how much more
will you rebel after I die!
And
For I know that after my death you are sure to become utterly corrupt and to
turn from the way I have commanded you.
There is much more warning of the scripture changes by many prophets;
examples are Amos 8:11-12, Jeremiah 8:8-13, 5:30-31, and 23:16, 21, 32, 36,
Isaiah 30:9-11
5. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
In order to resolve the conflict, it is necessary to follow the original teachings,
to maintain justice and to have the same law for Jews and non-Jews as per
the original Torah teachings Deuteronomy 25:13-16, Exodus 12:49, Leviticus
19:33-37, Leviticus 24:22, Numbers 15:15-16, Deuteronomy 24:14-15
To resolve the conflict, it is necessary to maintain Justice as taught by Moses
and the Prophets; if any house or land is not sold to the Jews; then the old
owner or his descendant must be fairly compensated
To resolve the conflict, it is necessary to use the same measure and the same
law for Jew and non-Jew as taught by Moses and by the Prophets
Good Jewish teachers have a role to play; they can teach the original
teachings instead of the distorted teachings
Good Muslim scholars have a role to play; they can explain the teachings that
encourage forgiveness instead of revenge; they can teach the verses which
encourage reconciliation and friendship
6. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
The most frequently used Hebrew word is Shalom; the most frequently
used Arabic word is Salam; both words mean PEACE; those are the most
important greetings in Hebrew and in Arabic.
Jews and Arabs should apply the meanings of their most frequently used
words
We should follow the wisdom taught in Isaiah 2:4; it teaches that
‘Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war
any more’
Isaiah also taught that the efforts and the resources should be invested in the
agricultural tools to produce food instead of wasting the resources in the
military hardware
‘they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning
hooks’
Isaiah mentioned that we should not listen to the leaders who promote wars,
we should change the priority to the agricultural tools and prosperity instead
of building the military hardware
7. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
No country in the world would ever announce the cost of the rusted and
scrapped military hardware; they consider that as top secrets.
The actual expenditure of the depreciated military hardware could have
eradicated poverty and could have transformed earth into a paradise.
We should also remember the wisdom taught in Isaiah 9:16
Those who guide this people mislead them,
and those who are guided are led astray.
That wisdom teach that some leaders do not listen to the poor people who
need food and peace; they listen to the powerful military generals who
justify military expenditure and who glorify wars to defeat their enemies
We should also remember the wisdom taught in Isaiah 32:16-18
The wisdom teach that justice will bring peace
He mentioned that without justice; people will not have peace or secured
home
8. Israeli–Palestinian conflict
If the majority provide the same rights to the minorities in each country; justice
will promote compassion and cooperation instead of hatred and conflicts.
If our fathers rejected the principle of justice and equality, our sons would accept
it. There will be peace and prosperity among the countries of the region, as
prophesied in Isaiah 19:23-25
‘In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to
Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship
together. In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a
blessing on the earth. God Almighty will bless them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my
people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.”
Isaiah mentioned that we should not listen to the leaders who promote wars, we
should change the priority to the agricultural tools and prosperity instead of
building the military hardware,
Isaiah has also mentioned that without justice; people will not have peace or
secured home; then he predicted that there will be peace and continuous roads
between Egypt, Palestine, and Israel and that those nations will be blessed.
