Miroslav and Sean have started their career as a
sales associates then they were trained as a VM and
now they are one of the strongest VMs.
Tea has started her VM career without any
experience and was brought to the level of
managing to handle the store by her own.
 Creating Green Room Guideline
Created new guidelines that match
the 2.0 concept GREEN ROOM
To help new vms to understand the
difference between the 1.0 concept
and 2.0 and implement accordingly.

Improving the way of merchandising the
basketball area as per one category and one
player for making it easier for our consumer.

and guiding the new guidelines there by changing
tehstore as whole in terms of vm which affected

 Creating What’s app group
The group is appropriate way of communicating with team
members. It helps us to improve our work and finish it fast as we
can share our ideas, plans and what we need to do.

• Nike Hypervenom
• And other different campaigns

Creating visual merchandising board
for a good communication between
VM team, management and the
staff. This is just a easy way for
updating everyone in the store on

The interview for new staff was held and 4
