continuously   improve   every   cycle.   Every  
month,   a   questionnaire   is   circulated   to  
mentors,  mentees  (their  responses  are  fed  
in  manually)  and  Teach  for  India  Fellows  
who   interact   with   the   mentees   at   a  
class  room  leveclass  room  level.  
We’re  on  the  look  out  for:  
(a)  Effectiveness  of  each  session  
(b)  Initiative  taken  by  mentors/
responsiveness  of  the  mentee
(c)  Rise  in  self  confidence  and  a  positive  
self  concept
(d)  Clarity  in  career  path  (d)  Clarity  in  career  path  
(e)   Improvement   in   classroom   (not   so  
much  academic  but  more  in  terms  of  
interpersonal   relationships,   general   be-­
havior  and  consistency)  
The  impact  measurement  system  produc-­
es  pair  wise  results  as  well  as  a  consoli-­
dated  status  report  for  the  program  as  a  
whole.  
Solving  problems  through  an  indirect  and  creative  approach,  using  
reasoning  that  is  not  immediately  obvious  and  involving  ideas  that  may  not  
be  obtainable  by  using  only  traditional  step-­by-­step  logic.  
Consists  of  using  generic  or  ad  hoc  methods,  in  an  orderly  manner  for  
finding  solutions  to  problems.
Process  that  starts  with  careful  consideration  of  what  you  want  to  achieve,  
and  ends  with  a  lot  of  hard  work  to  actually  do  it.  In  between  there  are  
some  very  well  defined  steps  that  transcend  the  specifics  of  each  goal.  
Knowing  these  steps  will  allow  you  to  formulate  goals  that  you  can  
accomplish.

From  playing  a  game  of              
Charades  and  UNO  to  
learning  about  co-­operation  
and  team  building  through  a  
game  of  football,  they  were  all  game  of  football,  they  were  all  
smiles  at  the  end  of  the  visit.

mentors  at  Asilo,  Palladium  Hotel  on  18th  February,  2014
