INSPIRATION:
The original concept came out while thinking
about imagined height implanted into a single
story residence. In this manner a single story
bungalow acted as a stepping off point for the
idea to become two stories flanked by usable
green space and intentional exaggerations
of height.

ABSTRACT
RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Residential landscape is considered a main important means
for creating a comfortable environment for residents. Although
the residential landscape does not constitute a significant
portion in our urban environment, and with the increased
mobility of our society, many people come to reside or prefer to
reside in an environment that is rich with residential landscape
and good environment conditions.
The Project is situated in Ulwe Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra India.
Navi Mumbai is a developed city under surveillance of Cidco.
The Project is a single unit building of G + 14 height which
contains Parking at Ground and first floor. The residential
Landscape is designed on the second floor of Podium Structure.
The Project Contains Four Parts. Designing Residential
Landscape According To clients expectations was kind of tricky,
but the use of ideas relating to concepts and material was cleared.
First Part of this project includes 2 Major Aspects such as Society
Office and Gymnasium. 2nd Part is the swimming pool and child play
area which is open to the sky.
For Child Play We have used CE Certified Wooden customized
Play Structure.Small components which give your space brightness
such as designed seating and wooden gazebo are used for outdoor
areas near jogging tracks.
Materials we have used for the Swimming Pool Component
are wooden deck flooring , Rough Finish Tiles.
The Most Important thing We have applied is Palm Trees at the
corner of the swimming pool Which gives Privacy from the building
which is located opposite to it. We Have Designed a staircase
which acts as an amphitheatre and seating area.
We have used Rough And Tough warm white Exterior Paint
for walls. Ancient Light Design Poles are used for Green Area.
POP Design is applied for the ceiling of gymnasium and society
office.
