1. Membership matters!
SINGERSSENSATIONGROUP–Las VegasStudentPerformance Group (SSG) invites you to
join our ranks and assist with the development of the next generation of great performance
singers.
Platinum Membership
 A monthly contribution of $30 or an annual single payment contribution of $300 for
which the Platinum member receives:
 A quarterly progress report on the activities of SSG
 A bi-monthly newsletter on the activities of SSG
 A 50% discount on attendance at all events.
 1 guest pass per event.
 Free In studio "member only invitation" pass to events to meet the students of the
programmed and hear them in concert.
Gold Membership

2.  A monthly contribution of $20 or an annual single payment contribution of $200 for
which the Gold member receives:
 A quarterly progress report on the activities of SSG
 A bi-monthly newsletter on the activities of SSG
 A 50% discount on attendance at all events.
Silver Membership
 A monthly contribution of $10 or an annual single payment contribution of $100 for
which the Silver member receives:
 A quarterly progress report on the activities of SSG.
 A bi-monthly newsletter on the activities of SSG.
Dear SSG Potential Members,
The New School of Student Performance Group/Vocal Studies is expanding its repertoire to
include a new student performance group focused community oriented program
: SINGERS SENSATIONGROUP–LasVegasStudent Performance Group (SSG). The SSG
programming is specifically aimed at group/soloists in training who will be offered the entire
range of Vocal development: classical vocal training services. The "trainees" are all in school
and/or of school age ranging in age from 7 – 18. A furthering of the SSG philosophy, SSG's
purpose is to make student performance group a musical singing scholarship/financial aid
available to all age and income groups.
How SSG is organized as a separate youth directed program within Clark County, SSG will be
separately organized and funded. SSG is incorporated as a separate not for profit, charitable
organization. SSG is an independent organization with its own board of directors, accountability
and reporting relationship. SSG's auditioning process is available to all potential students
regardless of means. SSG's scholarship/financial aid program is available to those that qualify.
SSG draws on the full range of services and facilities offered by SSG at a predetermined
subsidized rate. SSG subsidies will be funded by a "membership" funded program of student
participant sponsors and/or individuals who believe in the SSG. The SSG board will be
accountable to the "membership" to whom they will report annually.

3. How SSG Works
1. An Application Process: Applications will be sought from previously identified communities
through their community centers, regional schools and/or word of mouth. This process has
already been successfully initiated with Clark County Schools and Las Vegas City.
Applicants will be screened and if successful will be asked to audition for the SSG. Please note
that the screening process is quite rigorists and spells out in detail the commitment and
disciplines required of the student.
Auditions will be held and the number of available student’s vacancies filled. There are currently
15 student members and it is SSG's intention to expand this to 20 members in 2015. Expansion
both of the number of Student members as well as the possible addition of additional students
will be reviewed at the end of 2014.
2. The Management Shaun J. Federico, as the president of SSG and vocal instructor is
responsible for the SSG programming and instruction. He will be assisted musically by
(...Debra…pianist, etc.) And administratively by members of his board President-Shaun J.
Federico, Secretary-Nancy F. Martin, Treasurer-Steven R. Berkowitz. For a complete list of our

Shaun J. Federico will report on a regular basis to the board who in turn will report annually to
the "members/sponsors".
3. The Location rent SSG space from NSCVS and undertakes its programming at its current
location of 812 Pepperwood Ln Las Vegas, Nevada 89107
4. Student Scholarships/Financial Aid and Subsidies
An important characteristic of SSG is that no qualified prospective student will be denied
training for lack of funding. To ensure this happens: 1. SSG will provide its services at a
discounted rate to SSG, and 2. SSG, through its Scholarship and Subsidy program, will subsidize
any shortfall the student may encounter due to lack of funds.
5. The Members and the Funding of SSG: The purpose of the membership is to support the work
and activities of SSG and to provide funding for the SSG Scholarship/Financial Aid and Subsidy
program. Initially it is the intention of the SSG to underwrite and provide funds for the
Scholarship/Financial Aid and Subsidy programs through an active individual membership base.
All members are encouraged to plan to attend SSG scheduled events. Membership is divided into
three categories:

There has been discussion around the possibility of seeking corporate sponsorships, but as of this
writing our preference is to first build a base of individual membership support composed of
people truly interested in the advancement of student performance group in musical training in
Las Vegas, Nevada.
Together with the Board of Directors, I would like to express our thanks to you for taking the
