The local soil is applied over the
treated sub-base as the top layer
of the road is developed. A
sheep’s foot machine is
recommended.
18. Completion
510 is applied again to this fina l layer as the double
st eel drum c ompacts the roa d . A finishing seal and one
last application of 510 is applie d a nd the road begins to
cure within ho urs.
