2. Definition of formal invitation
Is a request for the presence or participation of
someone which is done in a formal and polite
way.
Permohonan atas kehadiran seseorang yang
dilakukan dengan cara sopan
The purpose of formal invitation
To invite someone to attend or join an event
Untuk mengundang seseorang untuk menghadiri
suatu kegiatan

3. Formal Invitation (Undangan Resmi) biasanya
dikeluarkan oleh sebuah instansi atau perusahaan.
Undangan Resmi ini umumnya ditandai dengan adanya
singkatan “RSVP” di bagian bawah dari undangan.
RVSP adalah singkatan dari bahasa Perancis untuk
Répondez S’il Vous Plait (Respond please/ please
reply) dalam bahasa Indonesia berarti “Mohon
tanggapan/ jawaban”
Bagaimana merespon atau menanggapi undangan
tersebut (RSVP)?
