TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
It is with pleasure that I write in support of RUDI BOSHOFF who came to this School
in January 2006 as a Form 1 (Grade 8) pupil and is currently in his Form V (Grade 12)
year.
Academically, Rudi's excellent marks are a tribute to his diligence and commitment. ln
recent examinations he obtained three A symbols and was the recipient of Academic
Half Colours. We are confident that he will obtain a very pleasing pass in the National
Senior Certificate Examinations which he will write in November, with the likelihood of
a number of distinctions.
Extra-murally, Rudi has fully involved himself in the life of the school. He is very much
a team man and is a loyal and enthusiastic participant in the 1Oth Rugby XV, the 4th
Water Polo Team, the Climbing Club. His particular talent lies in Computer Gaming
where he won the Counterstrike Tournament for two consecutive years. ln recognition
of his achievements in this discipline, he was awarded both School and Provincial
colours. He is a keen member of his house and has participated in a number of lnter-
House activities and competitions, inter alia, Cross Country, Water Polo, Junior Relay
and Climbing. His out of school interests include being a member of Mind Sport South
Africa.
Rudi is a confident and well-adjusted young man who has a clear idea of that in which
he believes. He displays a mature attitude towards life and shows a sensitivity to his
fellow man. He is always courteous and has impeccable manners and is a pleasure to
have in the classroom. He is most amenable to the discipline structures within the
school and his keen sense of humour is enjoyed by his circle of friends. As a loyal and
humble Boys High boy, his honesty and integrity have never been questioned.
l, therefore, recommend Rudias oneworthyof yourconsideration in the knowledgethat
he possesses both the personal and intellectual attributes to make a success of his
chosen career. He will be a considerable asset to any organisation fortunate enough
to secure his services.
