Aircraft Cabin Management System (ACMS) is the Configuration of
business jets according to the customized requirements. Cabin Management
System is a Cabin Control and fault-tolerant system that provides the
entertainment and cabin management services for the small business jets.
ACMS provides the perfect fully-integrated mix of reliable, functional features,
from wireless laptop connectivity, telephone, printer/fax abilities to the more
entertainment oriented features, such as DVD/CD, MP3, iPod, Moving Maps and
Flight Information (news, weather, Air Show), Satellite TV and various services
(Call Attendant, Passenger Announcement). The cabin services like controlling
lighting system of the aircraft, window shades and environmental control
systems are carried out by the Primary controller. This system includes
designing and configuring Switch operations, Touchscreen GUI display and MX-
3000 remote used by flight attendant. ACMS controls everything in aircraft,
from cabin lighting and temperature to moving maps and flight information,
real-time news, sports and entertainment. We choose, easily access all the
features of our own global office, including wireless connectivity, print/fax
capabilities and high speed data.

Thales is a big Avionics Organization located at USA. It is a world leader in
mission-critical information systems for defence and security, aerospace and
transportation. FSAT is Final Satisfaction Acceptance Testing that is testing the
whole system before delivering it to the Customers.
The system has the same set up as Aircraft having more than 200 SVDUs
(Smart Video Display Unit), 5-7 DSU-D3 servers (Digital Streaming Unit) to stream
the contents from the primary DSU to the SVDUs, all the wire connections, DSU-
AM6-12 Server to stream the broadcast messages(VA, PA), Ballord box/Contour box
for feeding the details of map, Route, Connection Gate Information to SVDUs. The
SVDUs can play Games, Movies, Audio by streaming the contents from the DSU-D3
servers without lock up. 2 DSU-D3 Servers(primary and secondary) will be allocated
to 1 SVDU. In case of the primary DSU-D3 server failure, it switches to the
secondary DSU-d3 Server and continues its streaming of contents.
