standard operating test procedures for MWF & Synoptic.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
INAV is a software product to provide flight planning capability, navigation information, lateral and
vertical guidance, and performance data to the flight crew. INAV interacts with FMS and it provides a
world-wide navigation database with SIDs, STARs, approaches with missed approaches, airways,
NAVAIDs, and waypoints which can be incorporated into the flight plan as needed. The Takeoff and
Landing (TOLD) function provides takeoff v-speeds, obstacle clearance, and landing data.

2D AMM is a software product intended to render the two-dimensional view of the significant airport
features displayed on the Multi-Function Display (MFD) in an aircraft. The 2D AMM renders airport features like
runways, taxiways, shoulders, construction areas, etc. it provides an awareness of the pilot’s orientation with
respect to the underlying airport.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of the Graphics Generation Function is to generate application specific
integrated flight data for display in the Primus Epic® system. The Graphics Display software is
responsible for the display logic (including colors, positions, states, blinking, etc.) and for generating
the commands to create the display objects. It uses the input parameters from Graphics I/O to create
the display commands, which are sent to the AGM Core Graphics Software to be displayed on the DU-
1080 hardware.
This Project is to address the hardware obsolescence and integrate some advance features such as
IPFD (Integrated Flight Display System), INAV (Integrated Navigation), UpWX (Uplink Weather Radar)
and Charts, as per the new software architecture and also to allow integration of Third Party
application with ease. Integration of Advanced Features places additional demands on the Menu

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for implementing software requirements based on Application (Apps) requirement.
