EXPLORE, EXPLOIT AND CONSERVE AND MANAGE THE NATURAL

3.CONTIGOUS ZONE-COASTAL STATE CAN BE ENFORCE ITS
CUSTOM, IMMIGRATION ,SANITATION LAWS AND EXERCISE “HOT
PURSUIT” OUT OF ITS TERRITORIAL WATER (24 NAUTICAL MILES).
4.CONTINENTAL SHELF-COUNTRIES HAVE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO
NATURAL RESOURCES UP TO 350 NM.
5.HIGH SEA-BEYOND EEZ ”COMMON HERITAGE OF HUMAN KIND.

1.Internal Sovereignty-is the freedom of the
state to carry out its activities without
subjection to or control by other state.
2.External Sovereignty-is the freedom of state to
carry out its activities without subjection to or
control by other state.
7. Government
Refers to the institution or agency or
instrumentalities through which the state
maintains social order, provide public
services, and enforces binding decision.
