Having !ent the last decade developing operations within India and China, we now possess copious
amounts of experience navigating the legal and bureaucratic frameworks in both of these nations and
possess the necessary networks to ensure that licenses, certifications and policies are acquired
promptly and legal standards met consistently. When coupled with our background in developing
businesses on the ground in the UK, we are in a truly unique position, with a strong understanding of
western managerial pra$ices and eastern cultural nuances.

us to assist in the expansion of multinational firms into these markets. Our board of dire$ors is
compiled of a number of experienced business professionals who are on hand to provide relevant

In 2012, we took on our first proje", expanding
the reach of a UK based entertainment / media
organisation into China. We managed the
overall process and helped further by se#ing
up long lasting relationships with Chinese
media / finance conglomerates.

We worked alongside the the IT company from
the previous year on a continuous basis,
overseeing operations and providing our
services where necessary.

In 2015, we helped outsource two
UK companies, the first a motor
company and the second an
accountancy firm. .

In 2013, we took on a proje" from an IT
development company wishing to expand its
presence into India. This was our first major
proje" in India.
Step 02
In 2014, we also took a well known music
venue to India and launched their first
international venue $ace. We were
re$onsible for everything from licensing to
constru"ion.
