01. Who we are
Meet the Directors
Tom Hibberd
Director
Mark Lloyd
Director
Neil Willis-Stovold
Director
Following a successful recruitment career within the S3
Group, Tom took the decision to fulfil the long term ambition
of building a company from inception, and so in 2009 jointly
founded Panoramic Associates Ltd. Having experienced
significant success and exciting growth within the senior level
staffing sector, it was time to launch phase 2 of the plan, the
development of a group company to house both Panoramic
Associates and the new technical brand, iO.
Tom has an extensive background in the provision of
specialist contract, interim and permanent resource into
specific industry sectors, and technology based recruitment
forms a large proportion of this experience. A visionary &
adaptable business leader, well versed in developing mutually
beneficial, long term business relationships.
Proven in building and managing teams of recruitment
professionals with a core focus on creating exciting career
opportunities through the development of individuals at
all levels.
Understanding the desired outcome and working tirelessly to
deliver this has always been central to Mark’s approach.
This strategy has proven successful throughout his career,
whether that’s meant taking the extra time to listen to the
aspirations of his clients and candidates, understand the
individual motivations of his teams, or develop winning
strategies to grow the businesses he’s been involved in.
Having jointly founded the Group in 2009, this successful
formula, in conjunction with Mark’s considerable experience,
has been a key factor in the Company’s success to date.
And with the launch of iO, Mark and the other founders
bring with them a unique blend of expertise and knowledge
which collectively inspires a great deal of confidence that
the business is destined for tremendous success as they
continue on their exciting journey.
With 10 years experience in Technology & Digital recruitment,
Neil has been heavily involved with all models of resourcing
working with on onsite partnerships, Key Accounts, Retained
and 360 Models.
Neil previously worked for the S3 Group across multiple
offices in the UK and Australia, progressing from Trainee to
Management, and then to S3 Group’s Australia Director for
the last 4 years.
Driven by a client centric and partnership approach, Neil
has a proven track record of developing staff at all levels,
establishing and maintaining key client relationships and
evolving these relationships into effective, long lasting and
successful business partnerships.

04. What this means for you
Now’s the perfect time
As one of the fastest growing recruitment firms in the UK,
the opportunities for people at all levels to develop their
careers within PRG are simply incredible. In fact, given the
stage we’re at on our journey right now, and where we’re
headed, we believe ours is probably the most exciting
opportunity in the whole of the recruitment industry!
PRG balances the energy and dynamism of a start-up
with the pedigree, structure and resources of a major PLC.
So whether you’re a graduate who’s (ideally) had some
sales experience but are new to the industry, or you’re a
seasoned recruitment professional frustrated by the lack of
development, direction or opportunity where you are, if the
following apply to you, then let’s talk!
• Ambitious & driven
• Hardworking
• Entrepreneurial
• Great at building relationships
• A gifted & natural communicator
• Resilient & determined to succeed
• A mature & consultative approach
21. 21 |
04. What this means for you
Training & Development

join, your development programme will be
individually tailored to ensure you’re given
every opportunity to maximise your potential
and acquire the skills you need to develop
your career from trainee, to top recruiter, to
manager or even director level!
Knowledge and experience is nurtured on
a modular basis through a blend of class
room based learning, practical one-on-
one sessions, role plays, presentations and
video coaching, all underpinned with regular
feedback and assessment.
22. 22 |
04. What this means for you
Training & Development continued
New recruits from outside the industry will
immediately embark on the 6 month Academy
Programme, carefully designed to ensure the
core fundamental building blocks of knowledge
are securely embedded from day one. More
experienced hires will have the opportunity to
focus on developing and refining those skills
which are most likely to have the greatest
impact on their performance, all designed to turn
‘good’ recruiters in to industry legends!
So as you might expect from a firm whose vision
includes “creating life changing career and
wealth opportunities” for its employees, learning
and development isn’t just encouraged at PRG;
it’s compulsory!

Employee Case Studies
“It’s fair to say this position and company has now far exceeded my
expectations. In just a year and a half, I have now developed and placed
with over 20 new organisations within my market, including a significant
number of repeat customers. I have also been promoted to Principal
Associate, and been given responsibility for helping to train and develop
new team members.
I have seen the business consistently grow in numbers, and we have
moved into a stunning brand new office. Other highlights have included
being taken on some fantastic incentives, including days out of the
office to have lunch at 5 star restaurants, and company weekends away
including a trip Amsterdam.
From a career development and earnings perspective, taking this position
has been a truly life changing experience for me. With the ambitious
plans in place, and the passion that the directors and staff have to deliver
on these plans, I’m looking forward to a long and successful career with
the Group, and I’m certain the best is yet to come!”

“I joined iO associates almost a year ago and it is safe to say that it was
the best decision I have ever made with regards to my working career. I
went from a global recruitment company where you are simply a number

One of my favourite things about working for iO associates is that the

My future prospects at iO are incredibly exciting. I know that with hard
work, determination and commitment this company can take me to
places that I have never dreamed of. The ambition of the directors and
