Immediacy is direct and engaging towards people the advantages of this is that
the larger the audience there's more to consume the style of visual representation
whose goal is to make the viewer forget the presence of the medium the
disadvantages requires a great amount of effort.
3. Access
Media access refers to how audiovisual media content can be used, read or
viewed by people with disabilities, particularly those who are blind, vision
impaired, Deaf, hearing impaired or who have a physical disability.this includes
access towards the television and online media such as youtube and many more.
4. Convergence
Media convergence is the merging of mass communication outlets – print, television, radio, the Internet along with portable
and interactive technologies through various digital media platforms. Media convergence allows mass media professionals to tell
stories and present information and entertainment using a variety of media.
Converged communication provides multiple tools for storytelling, allowing consumers to select level of interactivity while self-
directing content delivery.
5. Interactivity
Interactive media normally refers to products and services on digital computer-based systems which respond to the user's actions by
presenting content such as text, moving image, animation, video, audio, and video games.Interactive media is a method of
communication in which the output from the media comes from the input of the users. Interactive media works with the user's
participation. The media still has the same purpose but the user's input adds interaction and brings interesting features to the system
for better enjoyment.
6. Personalisation
Netflix is personalized because it recommends what to watch from your taste this
makes it easier finding something to watch them. Personalization, sometimes known as
customization, consists of tailoring a service or a product to accommodate specific individuals,
sometimes tied to groups or segments of individuals. A wide variety of organizations use personalization
to improve to customers
