Re: Ms. Rosa Mathews
It is with great pleasure that I communicate to you my highest regard for Ms. Rosa. I had the
opportunity to interact regularly with Ms Rosa, as she was affectionately referred to, for the past
3 years while my two children attended Children’s Academy of Success.
In my opinion, Ms. Rosa has been an indispensable component to the dynamics and success of
the school. Her ability to administrate at the classroom level as well as the overall school level
and bring together the staff and children is commendable. Ms. Rosa has an admirable ability to
meticulously handle detail that is overall evident throughout the school program.
She was instrumental in arranging for a much needed hot lunch program for the kids, organized
educational field trips, and worked alongside parents in the Parent Action Committee. Ms. Rosa
was the key to an amazingly organized Christmas and End of The Year Program, which typically
consisted of our children singing grade appropriate songs written by Ms. Rosa herself.
Ms. Rosa’s dedication and discipline has given my children an excellent well rounded foundation
for the coming years. They are confident children who value learning. Ms. Rosa did a wonderful
job working with us parents to overcome obstacles in our children’s growth. Her broad array of
talents, knowledge and common sense allowed her to become a respected and loved mentor as
well as teacher. She has instilled many wonderful core values as well as life skills, such as the
importance of having good manners, being respectful to yourself and others, sensitivity of
cultural diversity, and being grateful.
I have great belief and appreciation for Ms. Rosa because she has laid a strong foundation in my
children’s lives that will facilitate their success in school as well as allow them to confidently
confront life’s many challenges, and therefore I know that she would be a great asset to any
organization.
Again, my highest recommendation for Ms. Rosa Mathews in whatever she endeavors in the
future.
