A Military / Government contract was over 40 placements behind schedule and I was hired to source candidates to
close the gap in 30 days. Sourcing required classified scientific, technical and administrative employees to support a
JIEDDO Government Contract. Worked virtually and my yearly contract was extended twice. Received Vendor of
the Year 2011 Award for having supported VP of Operations, VP of Human Resources, Corporate Staff, four
Contracts and four Program Managers. Sourced over 4000 candidate resumes, provided reviews and
recommendations for the PM’s hiring decisions. Together we guaranteed 100% of contracts fulfillment. Used multiple
sourcing venues, ICIMS ATS, and insured quality service to sustain continuous referrals for LMT and client.

Special Devices Inc: (SDI: American-German Joint Venture Assignment: Moorpark, CA. and Schonebeck, Germany.) SDI asked if I
wanted to work virtually from California to find a President for their newly rebuilt East Germany plant that
manufactures electronic Aerospace/Auto explosive initiators. They lost $50,000 the previous year with a German
national retained search firm which produced (literally) nothing. Used the strategy of pre-paid calling cards for
contacting German universities, newspapers, and associations. In 6 weeks, we hired a German National as
President/Director/Technical Sales Engineer. Rewarded with new assignments.
CVI Laser: (Successor Candidate Assignment for President: Albuquerque, NM.) Had been virtually placing laser and optics
engineers and technicians when asked to find a successor candidate for the retiring President. Strategy was to use
internet boards, call competitors, research chambers of commerce, and all referrals that could be collected. Sixteen Hi-
Tech candidates were found in 6 weeks for the client. The President and VP of HR invited me to Albuquerque, and
together we reduced the list to the top 4. Then, they finished the process and I was given another assignment.
The Culver Group: (Executive Search Div.: San Diego, CA.) After billing $157,000 in Sales, achieved “The $1M Gold
Team” and membership into the “The President’s Club.” (Appointed as Lead for new “Manufacturing Search Unit.” )
