A simple activity that can be used as a culminating activity during teambuilding workshop.

1. Flag Making Activity

2. PURPOSE
This creativity exercise is for a group of people who are already working together
or are about to start working together.
Everybody will work together to create a flag that represents you as one united
team based on the result of the Insights Discovery session in the morning and the
experiential learning activities this afternoon..
Hang this flag proudly in your workplaces.
Explain it to other members of the team/s during peer group meetings, townhall
meetings, etc.

3. Objective
• To create a flag with a design and colors that symbolize the group’s values and
beliefs.
• To create a flag that best represents the Treasury team considering the mix of
personality colors.

4. Your Materials
• Papers (Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green)
• Colour pens
• Scissors
• Paste

5. Timing
• Activity: 15 to 30 minutes
• Group Feedback: 10 minutes
• Assign a spokesperson for the group to explain the reason/s for the shape and colors
of the flag.
