elegance, luxury, and design. But more than anything, it’s characterized by gastronomic delights.
Christmas time is a special occasion to experience the magical atmosphere, lights, and warmth of
the holiday season with loved ones in the most exclusive hotel in Naples while enjoying
contemporary art and architecture and a kitchen that pays homage to tradition and quality.
Michelin starred executive chef Salvatore Bianco has created three special menus for Christmas
Eve, Christmas lunch, and Christmas dinner. The theme is traditional Napolitan cuisine, but
revisited in an innovative way. So here, the traditional “salad di rinforzo” transforms into a
gourmet sea salad, the classic panettone becomes a delicious white chocolate mousse with red
fruit sauce, and all accompanied by a selection of wines chosen by the ROMEO hotel’s Sommelier.

Marinated sea bream with citrus and curly endive
Calamarata pasta with fish sauce and sea vegetables
Grilled amberjack with scalloped potatoes and Mediterranean gazpacho
