It was 2014 and the nation’s capital was calling for something fresh and new.
It was chef Victor`s love of seafood that brought Lobster Claw to life. Here at
Lobster Claw we pride ourselves on staying true to the classics, while elevating
seafood and lobster dishes to an entirely new level.
The lobster Claw specializes in using fresh, organic ingredients which are locally
sourced from the Ottawa region. By using local fish marks that source their
lobster from Nova Scotia, we are able to provide an authentic Canadian
seafood experience. With passion and expertise, the chef’s at lobster claw
provide homemade delicacies that will be sure to please our clientele.
At Lobster Claw our story is simple. We seek to tell it through the love and care
that we take with each of our dishes. We want you to have an experience
worth telling your friends about.
