- About I have worked as a professional photographer in advertising and as a salesman and manager in the photographic industry from 1969 to 2002, and as a professional wine and food specialist tour guide since 1997. I have owned our gourmet food and wine business, Main Ingredient with my wife, Lynne, since 2002. We have added writing about food and wine to our activities with our weekly e-publication, MENU, which reviews restaurants, publishes recipes and other food and wine information and news about related events.
