PROJECTS
To analyze and measure randomness in voting scenario with rational agents. JAN’16-ONWARDS
Prof. G.Sajith, IITG
The aim of this project was to analyze the voting scenario with rational agents and to find out randomness due to
rationality of agents and also to design an algorithm which tells a candidate in what scenario he will win and to
classify all such subsets of voters depending on the result they yield. The Algorithm is further used to analyze
preference aggregation in max-flow.
Designing a payment function to make an algorithm incentive compatible JULY’15-NOV’15
Prof. G.Sajith, IITG
This scope of this project lies under the domain of Game Theory and works upon the principle of applying economic
techniques on computer science algorithm. Different Payment functions are proposed for max flow problem if all
edges are kept by agents to make sure agents tells the truth and cannot manipulate the system.
Location Based Scheduler and notifier JAN- APR’15
Asst. Prof. R.D Baruah, IITG
Designed and implemented a scheduler cum notifier which can artificially learn from schedule of a person and predict
his future whereabouts and keep notifying him time to time. The algorithm was implemented on java platform.
Performance analysis of IIT Guwahati Speed Breakers JAN-APR’15
Prof. Vishv Mohan Malhotra, IITG
Evaluated the performance of IITG speed breakers by studying the dynamics of deviation caused by it. A thorough
analysis on different factors affecting its performance was done and further validation was performed using fractional
factorial design. In addition, tested the significance level of the results to conclude the relevance of the speed breakers
at a particular position.
Algorithms for Phylogenetic Tree Construction and its Significance JAN-APR’15
Asst. Prof. Ashish Anand, IITG
Designed and implemented phylogenetic tree construction methods for phylogenetic profile analysis and also
demonstrated the significance of using these trees for study of evolution. The implementations of algorithms were
done on MATLAB platform.
Associate Prof. Partha Roy, BIT Durg
The goal of the project was to design and implement software which can be used for hiding messages in an audio
(.wav) file so that it can be send over a media with data confidentiality. The task entrusted on me involved in
implementing a module for decoding message at receiver’s end.
Audio Steganography using Java JUNE’13- APR’14
Suresh Dua, Simply C computers
Designed an online book store using c# and SQL management studio.
Book Arena- An online Bookstore MAY-JUNE’12
