1. Regis College Athletic Facility, Weston MA
Project Architect for client liaison and project implementation from
schematic design through contract documents, bidding, negotiations,
contract administration, change orders and progress payments.
The Regis College Athletic Facility comprises an indoor multi-purpose
tennis and basketball court room; an NCAA regulation natatorium with
25-yard / 6-lane swimming and high-diving pool; sundeck, whirlpool,
and sauna facilities; shower, locker, training rooms; coaches offices;
student lounges; and a central security and control station.
The entire complex connects directly to Old College Hall with a bridge
and tunnel linking new and old buildings to Science Hall via an
enclosed pedestrian route providing dramatic views of athletic events
on the way. Also included Old College Hall athletic facility renovations
for new dance, exercise, squash, racquetball and viewing galleries.
One Post Office Square Air France / Hotel Meridian, Boston
Schematic design and working drawings for the new complex
comprising a 30-story office tower and hotel linked to the reclaimed
shell of the historic old Federal Reserve Bank of Boston building.
Back Bay Station Boston
Senior Designer, design development phase. This award-winning
station includes boarding platforms, ticketing areas, concourse,
superstructure, parking and drop-off areas, bringing together for the first
time MBTA, LRT, AMTRAK, and Commuter Rail services in a single
regional facility at downtown Boston's major transfer point.

2. Syracuse University Hall of Languages, Syracuse, NY
Senior Designer for adaptive reuse of the original 19th century
University Hall. Winner of the 1981 National Honor Award, the highest
form of recognition by the AIA
Faneuil Hall "Quincy" Markets Historic Restoration, Boston
Draftsman and Assistant Designer for site surveys, measured drawings
and contract documents for all aspects of the restoration.
This included slate and copper roofs; granite external walls and brick
internal party walls; and hardwood floor, door, and window details to
match original building architect Alexander Parrish 19th century details.
