This document describes the SmartTouch NexGen marketing automation and CRM platform. It generated over 1 million leads and nurtured 250,000 leads, resulting in $2 billion in home sales. The platform aggregates leads from various sources, scores and tags them, then automatically distributes them and sends targeted emails to nurture those leads. It also integrates with social media and Zillow to further engage leads. This allows home builders to complete the buyer journey within one powerful platform.
