• Develop a separate reference sheet document with
professional references that match up with the jobs on
your resume
• Have it available at all times as it is powerful to inform
a prospective employer you have references
immediately available, here’s what they’ll say, and I
have a reference sheet with this information

• Develop a “Prove It” manual – this allows you to show
proof for what you claim.
• You could include copies of favorable performance
reviews, degrees, reference letters, reports, licenses,
transcripts, notes/letters/e-mails of appreciation, and
much more
10. #3:
• Develop an impactful LinkedIn presence with skills
endorsements and recommendations
• Ask connections to write a LinkedIn recommendation
and endorse your skills.
• It is no longer just your claim…someone else is
validating your skill and success. That can be very
powerful on your behalf
