2. Gap
• Ordering consumes much time during peak hours and
customers tend to fall in line to make and take their orders
and sometimes customers are still undecided what to order.
The long queue in taking orders, obstruct the pathway that
workers use to take food to clients or bring back empty dishes
from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Sadly as a result, some customers tend to go out of the
restaurant. Taking too much time in taking customers order
can affect the daily sales of the restaurant.
3. Project Solution
•Using a self service technology can reduce
waiting time which can help lanz pizza ordering
system increase sales and productivity.
•Lanz Pizza odering system was develop to
address the gap.
4. Project Scope
• The system will consist of some significant modules in order to satisfy
the fast-food restaurant’s needs as well as the customers.
• Provide a security module that will have a level of access such as
Administrator and Staff.
• The cashier can view the number of orders, type of order, and the
total payments of the customer. They are in charged in official receipt.
• Kitchen management module and the Staff can also see the number
of orders, type of order, and the number of table where the food will
be served.
• For the Customers, they can select, search, view, the menu they want.
The menus are sorted according to its category.

DEPLOYMENT
Agile Methodology Planning
• Create the task list, resource plan, technical
designs, initial schedule for the project,
establishes the roles and responsibilities of the
project team.
Analysis
• interviewed the client and gathered
the important information about their
business flow.
Designing
• The team designed the GUI in Photoshop
CS6 Extended (13.0), and Figma. Designing
the front-end, we use the HTML (Hyptertext
Markup Language) CSS (Cascading Style
Sheet) and JavaScipt to make the text and
images more responsive.
Development
• The system is developed by using the PHP, HTML, CSS and
JavaScript.
Testing & Integration
• The developers start testing
and observing the system
based on its designed
functionalities and in
accordance to the client
requirements.
Deployment
• The final phase of software
development life cycle. After
passing the series of tests, the
system is now ready for
deployment.
19. SUMMARY
• To decrease the number of transactions that take place at the counter,
speed up service, boost sales, and improve customer happiness.
• To become more efficient by cutting down on paperwork and purchase
time.
• To accomplish this goal, the team started to look prospective clients
and gathered some data and requirements.
• The group then did experiments and examined the issues to determine
the best database models.
• The team also made decisions about the design during this stage and
developed any technical specifications that will be used to meet
analysis needs.
20. SUMMARY
•The team started implementing and coding the
system.
•After it has been programmed and put into use, the
next step is to run it through a series of testing
methods to find any potential bugs that may have
arisen.
•After all, the earlier phases were finished, and several
evaluations were conducted. Using ISO/IEC 25010
and McCall's Quality Model, the system's proponents
assessed the system's overall performance.
21. CONCLUSION
•The Lanz Pizza Ordering System is an ordering
system that is implemented for Lanz Pizza
(Sibalom Branch), by displaying ingredients,
prices, descriptions, and modifiers, a
modernized way to reduce wait times and
queues, engage diners during the ordering
process, and facilitate more informed choices.
22. RECOMMENDATION
•The system is suggested by the team to the
customer since it is user-friendly and to other
companies that require a modernized ordering
system. The team suggests to future
researchers that they add more parameters and
information to the report module for a more
detailed and precise process.
