• Semester 1: courses as in the regular Master OS
• Semester 2 & 3: Junior traineeship at a partner
organization (12 months)
• Research proposal around a problem experienced by
the partner organization
• 6 full-day workshops on professional skills
• 4 professional assignments

• Completed Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in:
• management,
• organization psychology,
• organization sociology,
• business economics / studies.
• Basic knowledge of social science theories
• Basic knowledge of organization and management (theories)
• Sound knowledge in research methods and statistics
