xProject Integrator
Introducing xProject
Turns desktop versions of Microsoft Project into an integrated management tools.
Scheduling
xProject interfaces with desktop
versions of Microsoft Project,
giving MS Project enterprise
level capabilities. Use MS
Project to create your project
schedules, push data from those
schedules through the cloud and
update project team members
with tasks assigned to them.
xProject also allows project
team members to use any web
connected device, including
desktop computers, cellular
telephones or tablets to send
information back to the MS
Project master schedule
without directly having access
to the schedule itself. xProject
interfaces seamlessly with
Microsoft Outlook, giving users
the ability to view their assigned
tasks on their desktop and
mobile devices using the
functionality and familiarity of
the Outlook environment.
Project Assistant Tool
xProject allows Departmental and Project
Managers to have an oversight of how their team
members are being utilised across all projects
captured into xProject. This allows managers to
make informed decisions on the utilisation of
staff, and to gain sight of scheduling conflicts and
resolve them prior to them causing project
delays.

Communications
Team members can capture notes, raise issues or capture incidents which becomes visible inside MS
Project for the PM to take action on. These notes are captured in the MSP notes field, and remain in
the MSP database even as new notes are uploaded against the tasks, giving schedulers and project
managers the ability to roll back through the notes history for reporting and project review purposes.
Project team members can be notified automatically via email of changes to the scheduled task start
and end dates, or if any of the tasks under their control require attention or updates.
Risk Register
Manage the project Risk Register and assign actions to team members. These risk actions are logged
in the schedule and can be tracked using MS Project. Risks can be formally closed out through actions
in the schedule.
Integrated Time Capturing
Resources can capture their
expended time and activity status in
Microsoft Outlook, or in a central,
mobile-friendly web application. The
information captured by resources
can be uploaded back into the
project schedule for the project
manager to act upon. Timesheet
information is captured against
scheduled activities and gives much
better resolution than typical
timesheet reporting. The time
captured against activities is uploaded to the clients own timesheet database for later submission in
accordance with the clients own timesheet requirements.
Incident Register
Capture and manage incidents causing project delays. Assign actions to resources to resolve issues
and keep track of actions taken to resolve those incidents.
Mobile Integration
Tasks synchronised to Outlook can in turn synchronise to user’s mobile
devices, ensuring that those project team members stay continuously up to
date with updates to their task lists.
