Depression?
So hello everyone my name is *x* when I was 11 years old we changed our
house so yall can think a new society
new people , friends ,places etc .So I joined my new school got friends went
to different places it was kinda cool
but it was not the same for a long Time as yall know the usual thing bullying
its always there
in the rule book of a bully shine Infront of others by outshining New students
but I didn’t fall for it so there secret trick
Mental attack they started spreading rumors about me that I was stinky etc I
was kinda hurt by there words
My Experience thinking i had Depression & ANXIETY
8. And some people stopped talking to me I was starting to get emotionally broken
,angry and kind of mixed feelings and then came the large problem stomach/gas issue
aghhh it will be so embarrassing and they would laugh at me and I started getting
more problems due to that like stress scared confused etc feelings I have even thought
like I
Have to get an accident and forget everything like that i started losing interest
becoming restless arrogant emotiontional etc so I stopped feeling like interacting
With people cause I was scared I will get embarrassed
Because of low esteem /confidence I started thinking I am not the person I was before
in my old house/kid And that I don’t have the similar friends ,attitude&life I felt like
getting depressed or anxiety I started looking at theMirror murmuring that im a weirdo
ugly person and crying and telling my parents to take me to skin doctor for
Whitening injections ,stomach doctor etc but they said no it will spoil your health at first
I could not understand them I was thinking they don’t know anything/or they don’t care
about me etc so one day I told them I was depressed So they tried to calm me by
saying you don’t have any problem and made me laugh a lot. So I forgot everything
9. One day in online class my science teacher said we have an activity, and she was
going to choose the leaders I was part of group 2 Mam suddenly said *x* you’re the
leader for group 2 I was shocked ,confused ,scared and happy like I am the leader
wooh Yes in the other side oh no I'm the leader what will I do if I can't lead them
properly so kinda mix you know , so we did zoom calls and discussed everything and
i was reminding them again and again everyone Should do the best at last the day
arrived and group1 was our competition their presentation was good now it was our
turn I felt like Jesus Christ its my turn and I was like will I mess up and started getting
nervous shivery getting goose bumps on my hands and when they called me I offed
my cam literally aghhh and was very nervous while talking and told wrong spellings
now I kinda believe in karma because it turned back to me only and then from there, I
again like an idiot I started thinking of the past experience and telling I was a mess
Like that one week passed by when my savior Ankita mam my life skills mam said if
yall having any problem yall can email us on ^a………@......com and I was first
thinking should I go
10. and tell them my problem and after centuries of thinking I decided to email Then I
told them my problem with senecios and I wrote like I was writing a how pages
you can complete essay it was so long like as if I wrote my whole life story my+
my whole families story it was literary that long ,i really don’t know how she
finished reading that LOL. And then she messaged me back saying *x*Can we
have a call at 1;00pm afternoon I said ok she asked me my contact Number i did
not reply cause i didn’t even know she had messaged me ayo so she sent me
zoom link to join saying if your feeling uncomfortable sharing your contact
number its ok join this link of course after seeing that message I was like
papaaaaaaa(daaaaaaaaaaaaaad) Because of Corse I cant tell mam like mam
this is my dad’s phone he didn't show Me the message.so with a little
embarrassing feeling I joint the link she was really kind and I told her everything
the things she told me surprised because The things she told me was similar to
what my parents were saying these Many years. She first asked me *x* what did
you feel
11. When messed up a bit with spellings in class what did you think
and worried about? I said I was worried mam thinking I was
weak Student and why she made me the leader etc., then she
replied do you really think when your mam is having tea she is
thinking About you or when she is watching tv she’l be thinking
about you? I said no so she said correct your class teacher
would have seen 100s Of similar students getting nervous while
presenting and it is only still one online class after that everyone
will forget next Time When you present they wont even
remember if you have presented before ,so stop thinking about
others and go with
12. Self-improvement and then she told me *x* after listening to your story I came to
find out that you're still living in your past And I know why because you changed
to a new society when you were a teenager a confusion and irritable time for
every Person and that if you would have changed your house when you were a
kid like a 10-year-old then you would have not got into Confusion because kids'
main motto is to have fun, so I understand your problem you don’t have
depression or anxiety its Just that you should stop living in your past live in the
present whatever happened to you was not in your control and it was not Your
decision right so she asked me should you worry about what was not your
decision? I said no and then she asked me *x* do you have any friends I said I
have 5-7 friends she was shocked and said do you think
5-7 are a smaller number of friends I said no but I'm in connection with only two
of who never leave me she said that is good right I thought you didn’t have any
friends we laughed, and more questions were coming and then she asked me a
Last question *x* think and tell me correctly do you want 2 genuine friends who
always stay
13. with you in hard and good times or Do you want 10 friends who only stay with you for fun not
in difficult times? I said I want genuine friends not actors she said Then why are you caring if
fake friends go away from you .i said correct why should I worry for those actors , and then
told Me her story that was the same as mine I was shocked and kept hearing it like a Netflix
drama LOL. And then she told me *x* listen to me carefully in this world some people have
good parents and No good friends while some have good friends, but not good parents only
blessed people have both and your one of them so Don’t worry about what the world thinks
about you’ be happy with your loved ones no matter how hard the situation Is they will never
leave you and you should do the same too” your never alone ‘ learn to appreciate what you
see in others’
And always try to self improve never look down always your worth looking to the bully’s face
,always remember you can only Be *x* in the world no one can replace you so now answer
me do you have depression? I proudly said never she sounded happy And said you are a
very delightful child to talk, and she ended the call with a bye *x*happy Diwali I said thankyou
mam Bye Happy Diwali and i cut the call and went to my parents and told you were correct,
and I was wrong I will always be with yall

14. She reminded me again and again
She told me at the end that every student she talks to forget why they are
calling her, so she reminds them and most of them feel Like they are
depressed and have anxiety But its that most of students were Facing adjust
mental issues and that it is totally normal because they are a going through
changes as a teenager and that they cannot control what is happening
Internally so it was not a decision by them so why worry about what you didn't
take decision on? But there is one thing you can control your mind so go in life
with positivity and gratitude .you have a lot in your life still ahead don’t try to
end it without experiencing anything ,ok ,everyday do what makes You feel
happy like cycling , cooking, playing board games talking etc and never think
your parents don’t know what you're going through they know it better than
you Because they have experienced everything before years

I have tried this platform and it is totally safe to use I thought I was suffering from depression and anxiety
so, I thought to email them and tell my problem first i wrote the scenario why I felt I had depression and
anxiety Then a reply came asking if I was free at 1;00pm afternoon for a talk ,I said ok cause I knew it was
safe , so they sent me A zoom link and I joined it and they asked me one by one all the problems then they
told me what I had to do etc
