buying periods, purchasing habits, and lifestyle
choices. Society is important as people’s culture and
lifestyle can influence when, where and how they are
likely to engage with products and services.

As to its primary purpose to engage in the business of internet online-
related products.
• Known to be a digital marketing company that delivers
effective marketing solutions in the digital space.
The wide variety of its digital marketing services enables the Company
to capture new business from its existing customers and even attract
new customers.
Social Factors affecting the Apollo Global Capital Inc. which is
formerly Yehey! Influencing the Marketability of the Company
• Builds the websites and social media pages of
customers.
These sites are then used as the platform to engage the
respective target market of its existing customers.
• Purchasing shares of JDVC (engaged in the
business of mining) which results to increase its
ownership of JDVC to 90.47.
As the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Company’s change
in name to APL as well as the change in primary purpose to that of a holding
company.
• Rising on emphasis on its product safety and better
quality
JDVC through Agbiag and its EPC contractors will institute
environmentally safe and effective offshore mining methods for the
extraction of magnetite iron sand at the offshore area of Gonzaga,
Cagayan.
As the Company competes with the most notable domestic competitors
with magnetite iron ore suppliers in world iron ore markets. Thus, the
Company competes based on ore quality, price, transportation cost and
reliability of supply.
• JDVC’s success depends on its ability to attract
and retain qualified personnel, and contractors to
maintain satisfactory labor relations.

As the Apollo Global Capital Inc. becomes APL and owned
most of the shares of JDVC a magnetite mining operation
that produces magnetite iron sand, as its primary raw
material, like iron ore, for steel and cast-iron manufacturers
when they are developed in the form of iron lumps, balls,
fines, and pellets.
• When their products formed, they are technically called
Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) which are used to feed electric
blast furnaces in the iron and steel making process.
• Management systems and responses are done in
accordance to ISO standards.
Highly technical professionals have contributed their knowledge
and experience in coming up with state of the art methodology to be
able to implement the project in terms of high-technology
production systems.
