2. CURICULUM VIATE
• First review white wood sample base on the CAD & perform internal loading
test to make sure product complied with third parties and clients’ requirements
before submit samples to LAB for quality test.
• Conduct internal drop test based on third parties protocol to confirm all detail
about packaging size, packaging materials… and make sure there’s no any
issue when submit samples to LAB for transit test & loading on container for
shipment.
• Review draft AI, hardware molding, shipping mark & feedback to related
team if have something wrong before they send the final one to factory.
• Confirm shipping marks & labels, hardware, AI base on requirements from
buyers and third parties.
• Follow up with factory about sample size, assemble, pack & follow up with
third parties for pre/production test.
• Support factory when first packing for all detail about packaging, shipping
mark, color label, AI, hardware… to make sure all details are correct, where
need to paste labels, check gross weight, net weight, packaging size, assemble,
internal test…
• Follow up third parties for final inspection before shipment.
