redesign, alternative raw materials and development of new suppliers for components used in Irons,
Blenders, Vacuum Cleaners and High Pressure Washers.
• Within teams, promoting the generation of ideas for product cost reduction, hosting brainstorms with
product teardown, selecting and presenting ideas and concepts.

• Working in projects for installations of new electrical systems, developing complete wiring diagram and
designing all wiring harnesses in the vehicle (trucks) using SABER and CATIA CAD systems.
• Cable routing definition in the vehicle using CATIA 3D, considering safety requirements, noise/vibration
issues, different temperature zones and electromagnetic compatibility, designing mechanical brackets,
heatshilds and holders for electronic units and connections.
• Applying quality tools as DFA (design for assembly), DFAM (design for after-marketing) and FMEA,
presenting and discussing technical solutions with other areas in the company.
