graduated from DaNang Polytechnic in 1997 with a degree in Electrical
Engineering. My work experience includes seven and a half years working as a
Technician and Vice Director of EVN in DakLak field. After that, I have been
worked for nine years as the Director of Electric Power of EVN in DakNong
field and now I am the head of representative office of Viet Nam technique
development at Ho Chi Minh City.
I really wanted to work for a foreign company in the future, so in 2011 I
decided to review and improve my knowledge and went back to university to
obtain a Master’s degree in electrical engineering. I finished in 2013 with a
GPA of 8/10. At the same time I started to study English, because so far I had
just studied Russian in university. Today I'm able to speak English fluently.

Our team of 52 employees, was running the Electric Distribution System

test the electric distribution system.

- To control the external power supply from independent hydro power plants.
- To promote a safe and economic electricity usage to the public.
- Anticipate the demand in electricity consumption in order to adjust and ensure

Achievements:
- We succeded and reduced the electricity loss rate from 14% in 2005 to 6% in
2014.
- We succeded and reduced the power failures from 53 cases in 2005 to 15
cases in 2014.

- Successfully managed the project to relocate power system on Ho Chi Minh
road at Dakrlap district, Dak Nong province.
- Successfully managed the project to supply electricity for 10 villages of
minority by building new power lines on time. Received an award from the
chairman of Dakrlap district.
- I developed plans to recover used materials to repair the electric network in
many regions.
- In 2013 while writing my master’s thesis, I and Dr. Doan Anh Tuan, teacher
of Da Nang polytechnic, wrote an article for a scientific newspaper named
“Proposed earth resistance value to reduce incidents of lightning valve damage
of substations”. This procedure is now very effectively in use at my company.
- Wrote and compiled technical procedures on how to operate and maintain of
power plants and grids.
- Wrote regulations on how to use material, equipment, facility and vehicle.
- Combined efforts with local authorities in Dakrlap district to survey, plan and
renew private owned network of bad quality. Result: 5.000 households were
use cheap and safe electricity.
- Regularly participate in district meetings to create relationships and get the
support of the local authorities.
