Valid provides a suite of emarketing services to deploy extremely large volumes of emails, nearly 10 million per day, for our
clients with unique identifiers integrated into existing customer databases for added insight into customer behaviors.
We will help you communicate the most relevant messages to your customers at the appropriate time.
Email marketing is a key component of our direct marketing suite of services which can be integrated back into the
database for added insight into customer behaviors. We have state of the art equipment and technical expertise
to perform email broadcasts through our proprietary system. Our email delivery system can send emails as html, text
only and/or multi-part. We also perform important A/B testing to evaluate items such as: subject lines, creative versioning,
and the day & time messaging is delivered to optimize your results.
Deliverability
We provide some of the highest successful email delivery rates in the industry. In fact, one of our clients was evaluated as
part of an independent research study benchmarking email delivery rates and experienced a delivery rate of 99%, which
was well above the study’s average of 79%.
We are fully CAN-SPAM Act compliant and provide email broadcast services to opt-in lists only or lists with full owner

(IMB) and Automated Change Service (ACS) processing through the USPS, which tracks delivery and captures changes of
address electronically.

SMS / MMS
By delivering personalized content via SMS/MMS that kick-start & sustain conversations and commerce with mobile

messages up to 160 characters whereas MMS are text messages that include embedded images, video, audio, and objects
