3. Pickups
A pickup is the process of getting food from a restaurant

4. Pickups
Pickups for express runners are dispatched before a shift
starts
Pickups for standard runners are dispatched as customers
order foodorder food

5. Start Pickup
To view pickup details, tap “Start Pickup”

6. Start Pickup
This should be done less than one minute after receiving
the dispatch notification

7. Navigation
Tap “More” in the upper right to display the options menu.
Tap “Open Address in Maps” to open Google Maps

8. Complete Pickup
Tap each item in the list, then tap the temperature of the
food

9. Complete Pickup
Tap “Take Photo” to take a photo of the food

10. Complete Pickup
Tap “Complete Pickup” to finish the pickup

11. Deliveries
A delivery is the process of taking food to the customer

12. Deliveries
Deliveries for express runners are dispatched as
customers order food
Deliveries for standard runners are dispatched after
“Complete Pickup”“Complete Pickup”

13. Start Delivery
To view delivery details, tap “Accept Delivery”
This should be done less than one minute after dispatch

14. Start Delivery
Note “Open Address in Maps” link in the “More” menu

Use the “At Location” button to tell the customer you
have arrived

Tap “More” then “Text Customer” or “Call customer”

17. Complete Delivery
Tap each item to mark the temperature
Tap “Take Photo” to take a photo of the delivery

Tap “Complete Delivery”

The Runner app can help you solve problems by
providing:
Restaurant order details
Restaurant payment details
Scheduled pickup timeScheduled pickup time
Entry information for deliveries
Customer contact information
