The process of lithography is using a stone or a
metal palate and a smooth surface. The
method was invent in 1796. the author was
German and this was a cheap way of printing. It
could also be used to print text or art work on a
cloth or suitable material.
7. COMPARISON
All the printing techniques were good and efficient at one point in time but
nowadays our technology is incredible which makes photocopying better than
lithography, Letterpress printing , Block printing and Flexography. The process is
quick and easy. Flexography is good for mass production unlike block printing
because block printing is a manual method. Letterpress printing was a quicker
way to do printing because the machine would make more than one copy. In my
opinion I feel photocopying is the best option is quicker and easier and it saves
money, resources and time.
