Work completed in this area:
-Working on master scheduling and class assignments for next years students and teachers
-Work on creating volleyball and golf schedules for the teams in our league
-Coordinating and working on scheduling and calendaring bussing and officials for all of the teams at KHS
-Overseeing credit retrieval and recovery for online courses in Physical Education, Health and History at KHS

Work completed in this area:
-School improvement plan research and development
-Athletic students eligibility tracking and support
-Leadership team electronic devices school policy development
-Completion of OSPI and WIAA participation surveys and data

Work completed in this area:
-Planning and evaluation of school ASB/Atheletics budgeting
-Tracking and analyzing attendance and tardies for both athletes and school-wide students

-Participation and leading of meetings with school leadership and curriculum teams
-Participation in school safety and High School and Beyond (HSB) committees
-Participation and leading of meetings and activities for School Athletic Booster Club
-Participation with community Chamber or Commerce, Rotarty Club and Port of Kingston
-Leading of Meet the Bucs parent orientations for Fall/Winter/Spring Athletics and Activities

-Implimentation of HUDL and PLT4M programs for our school athletics and activities
-Development and implementation of online registration for athletics and activities
-Management of our schools athletic WPA site for all teams schedules and information
-Use of online programs for scheduling bussing and officials

-Leading and facilitiation of seasonal coaches meetings to cover responsibilities and legal duties
-Coordination with school nurse and athletic trainer to ensure compliance and legal responsibilities
-Monintoring and management of WIAA, Olympic League and District athletic code of conducts
-Management of league standard operating procedures for Volleyball and Golf
-Oversight of ASB clubs and activities to ensure compliance with state ASB laws
