‘’You need to go higher to see further’’

2. Backpack on the back:
To build lasting relationships

University California San Diego 2008
Soon..
Since I was young, I felt the necessity to broaden my
horizons with international experiences.
Being able to live abroad and discover different cultures
shaped me completely. In my priorities and in the
importance of building networks of people/friends abroad.
English Class Toronto 2013
Tokyo 2018
3. Backpack on the back:
“Brotherhood”
Growing my dog entirely on my own was not an easy
task...
I grew alongside with him learning by doing, learning the
virtue of the patience and learning about how to think
about others and not only about myself.
It was my first true responsibility that made me
understand the importance of not procrastinating.
Rocco, chocolate Labrador, around Bologna
4. Backpack on the back:
To build passions
Passions as sports are aligned with my need to be in contact with the nature, the
constant search for freedom. Sports and nature are crucial aspects of my life.
They continuously form and change my personality. Both require discipline and bring
about new challenges. Managing complex situation within nature and sports allows
me to be a better leader in business.
I always try to go outside of my comfort zone to learn something new.

Backpack on the back:
Shot by Shot
Travelling is a constant part of my life. Since the
early years of my life my mother always encouraged
me to explore new worlds and to have a backpack
at hand. Ready to learn new things.
Learning new things has shaped my continuous
willingness of discovering and it keeps enriching me
as a person.
Photography is a way for me to capture glances and
reflect about experiences of my life. Both present
and old.
It forces me to pay attention to the details. It
forces me to pay tribute to the ’beauty’’ that
surrounds us.
Photography helped me in being more empathetic
and to understand the importance to never form a
judgement based on appearance.
6. Backpack on the back: “Right Attitude”…Passion, and Respect
I always believed in the right attitude as a first step.
My father as an entrepreneur always tells me the
importance of how we must drive our passions and that we
always must be open to listen. I treasured his advise and
have made it mine ever since.
My experience in Meritocracy was more than a simple
working experience.
The place was a gym where our motto «You hire for
attitude; you can always teach skills» shaped my
professionality and how I relate myself to the others.

My Tech ‘’Teachers’’ abroad:
Backpack on the back: Remote working and Tech
Working remotely from abroad in the last year gave
me the possibility of trying to drive changes in my
life, even during the most complex situations.
The passion for coding and tech came about a
few years before working in Meritocracy.
During this experience it received a new push
as I met Digital and Tech Nomads from all
around Europe in international coworking's
and colorings. My Pizza Menù: Python + Brackets
8. I am always open to embracing the risks of change,
without which one would run the risk of being
blocked and not enriching yourself.
For this reason, I don't see my future as fully defined.
But instead as a long and changing path driven by
passions and goals.
